"Our driver had a bit of an issue with his car on the way to us, the office let us know 3 hours in advance but everything still ran very smoothly. We got a different car but still very nice and the driver was friendly and took the quickest route home.
The AC was a bonus too being that it was 35 degrees. Thank you!"
"The taxi never showed up , got driver details and car ect but then received a call saying that the company couldn't locate or contact the assigned driver and to rebook with someone else , waited an hour at Luton Airport, no show and almost £100 has been taken out of my account , GREAT SERVICE , I don't think so "
